Pilates Mat Classes

We offer Group Pilates Mat classes at various locations throughout the city as well as our Small Group Matwork classes, (limited to no more than 6 participants), which are offered exclusively at our Memorial Ave. Studio. Classes are offered for or a variety of different fitness and skill levels, featuring an array of small equipment such as the Fitness Circle®, Flex-Band®, Mini Flex-Ball™ and Foam Rollers.  Our classes are innovative, hands-on, fun, cutting edge and informative with the focus on you the participant!

The Ultimate workout!! A group class featuring the perfect blend of Body Sculpting resistance training and core conditioning Pilates designed to tone, shape, sculpt and lengthen your body.  Improve muscular strength, muscular tone and endurance while conditioning your deep abdominals and back muscles. Workouts are structured in a 50/50 format with 1/2 the class featuring resistance training to target the outer unit ,(legs, arms, back, etc.), and the second 1/2 featuring Pilates core conditioning.  This class will utilize a variety of equipment including the Body Bar, Fitness Circle®, Flex-Band® and Mini Flex-Ball™  for optimal results!

Small Group Reformer Classes

Small Group Reformer Classes at our brand new Memorial Ave. studio!!  Re-Shape, re-align and re-Form your body!  The Pilates Reformer is the most versatile piece of Pilates equipment used to tone, sculpt and shape the body giving you a long, lean physique.  The Pilates Reformer strengthens the core, while toning the arms, legs and buttocks.  Choose from Intro/Beg, Beg/Intermediate and Intermediate/Advanced classes and Pilates Reformer for Men.  Please note registration is limited.

Jumpboard Interval

This cutting edge Pilates Reformer workout is packed with heart pumping moves that build strength and burn calories!  Using the Jumpboard, this high energy Pilates reformer class combines intervals of calorie burning Jumpboard Pilates with full body strengthening exercises to give you a great core challenge, all while focusing on proper jumping technique. Participants must have previous pilates reformer experience. This intermediate class is not suitable for those with injuries

Ultimate Golf Conditioning

Make no mistake - golfers (at any level) are athletes and the golf swing does require a great deal of athleticism. Strength, power, flexibility, balance, core stability, body awareness, even endurance... they're all physical traits that every consistent golfer must possess.

Also consider that the golf swing is not a natural movement for the body to repeat over and over without causing undue stressful forces on the body. Attention must be given to muscle balance to allow golfers to remain strong and injury free.  That's why a well designed fitness specific program for golfers is imperative.
