This individualized approach along with attention to detail, allows our clients to achieve their fitness and wellness goals in a safe, customer centered environment. Ross Pilates and Conditioning is dedicated to CANI - Constant And Never-Ending Improvement - and for this reason we are on the cutting edge of health and fitness.Debbie Ross is the owner and founder of Ross Pilates and Conditioning. She began her career in fitness and movement education over 23 years ago, and has acquired a reputation as a trainer who gets results! Debbie’s extensive training in Fitness, Pilates and Post Rehabilitative Exercise has helped her guide numerous clients to success in achieving their goals. .Debbie was a master trainer for Fitness Ontario Leadership Program, training numerous fitness instructors throughout Northwestern Ontario. She served two terms on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Fitness Council acting as Regional Director. She was the Fitness and Wellness Program Coordinator for the City of Thunder Bay Community Recreation Division for 16 years and has presented various health and fitness seminars and workshops throughout Northwestern Ontario.
Debbie is certified as a Medical Exercise Specialist and Post Rehabilitative Conditioning Specialist through the American Academy of Health, Fitness and Rehabilitation Professionals. She specializes in Post Rehabilitative Exercise, Corrective Exercise and Therapeutic Pilates, working with clients with a variety of chronic conditions and injuries. She is a STOTT PILATES® certified instructor, ACE certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and a C.H.E.K. (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) certified Exercise Coach. In order to offer a more holistic approach to fitness and wellness, Debbie has attained Certification as a C.H.E.K. Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach and as a Level 2 Metabolic Typing Advisor. Debbie is a well-respected, caring trainer who is dedicated to helping her clients reach new heights in health, fitness and well-being!

Lynda Depiero has been teaching fitness, movement education and dance for over 24 years. Lynda specializes in teaching Pilates matwork as well as fitness for Older Adults. Lynda is a STOTT PILATES® certified instructor as well as a certified Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise. Lynda has completed training in Therapeutic Pilates for Cervical and Scapular Stability with Physiotherapist Euson Yeung & master trainer Laura Helsel of Riverdale Pilates in Toronto, Ontario. Lynda is a dedicated, passionate instructor who gives her all to her clients and participants!

Shanna Wong is currently enrolled in the Kinesiology program at Lakehead University. She is trained in the Pilates Process Method in mat and reformer. Shanna has danced since the age of 2 and has been teaching dance for the past 7 years. She specializes in teaching pilates for dancers. Shanna prides herself in making her clients feel acomplished and reach their goals.
