Finally, a golf-specific conditioning program that delivers amazing results! Improve your game with a customized Golf Specific Fitness/ Pilates Conditioning program designed to address all the factors that directly contribute to your game such as balance, power, core strength and flexibility. Working one on one with a trainer gives you that competetive edge! First an initial assessment is used to identify any existing muscular imbalances which may contribute to faulty movement patterns. Next, an individualized program is designed to strengthen any weaknesses, address flexibility issues, strengthen the deep transversus abdominus and the deep muscles that support the lower back allowing you to develop a swing that is both powerful and effective, improving your game and helping to prevent injuries!
