Group Classes

Pilates Small Group Reformer Classes

New this Fall! Small Group Reformer Classes at our brand new studio!! The Pilates Reformer is the most versatile piece of Pilates equipment used to tone, sculpt and shape the body giving you a long, lean physique. The Pilates Reformer strengthens the core, while toning the arms, legs and buttocks. Choose from Intro/Beg and Beg/Intermediate classes. Intermediate/Advanced classes will be added upon demand. Please note registration is limited.

Pilates Matwork and Small Group Matwork Classes

We offer Group Pilates Mat classes at a various locations throughout the city as well as our Small Group Matwork classes (limited to no more than 6 participants), which are offered exclusively at our Memorial Ave. Studio. Classes are offered for or a variety of different fitness and skill levels, featuring an array of small equipment such as the Fitness Circle®, Flex-Band®, Mini Flex-Ball™ and Foam Rollers.  Our classes are innovative, hands-on, fun, cutting edge and informative with the focus on you the participant!

Pilates Sculpt!

The Ultimate workout!! A group class featuring the perfect blend of Body Sculpting resistance training and core conditioning Pilates designed to tone, shape, sculpt and lengthen your body. Improve muscular strength, muscular tone and endurance while conditioning your deep abdominals and back muscles. Workouts are structured in a 50/50 format with 1/2 the class featuring resistance training to target the outer unit ,(legs, arms, back, etc.), and the second 1/2 featuring Pilates core conditioning. This class will utilize a variety of equipment including the Body Bar, Fitness Circle®, Flex-Band® and Mini Flex-Ball™  for optimal results!

Total Body Sculpt!

The name speaks for itself! This total body workout mixes calorie blasting cardio drills with dynamic strength and conditioning intervals and innovative core training to address every aspect of your body’s fitness and conditioning needs. Get ready to take your body to the next level! Great music, great energy, great results!

Golf Fit!

Finally, a golf-specific conditioning program that delivers amazing results! This program is designed to improve your game by addressing all the factors that directly contribute to your game such as balance, power, core strength and flexibility. Strengthen underlying weaknesses, address flexibility issues, strengthen the deep abdominal and lower back muscles that support the lower back allowing you to develop a swing that is both powerful and effective, improving your game while preventing injuries!
