Perfect for those who have busy schedules and want to work out at home. Ross Pilates and Conditioning will design an innovative home workout program using the equipment you have available while specifically addressing your fitness goals. Our program package design includes an initial consultation/assessment, featuring a detailed postural analysis and musculoskeletal screen. This allows us to identify your fitness goals and objectives, determine any postural issues and or muscular
imbalances that will help us with the design of your new program. Once your program design is complete, we meet with you to review your program step by step ensuring that all exercises are done correctly and with good form, allowing you to get the most out of your new workout! We recomended that you meet with your us every few months to update your program in order to keep you progressing towards your goals.
