MOTR® stands for Movement on the Roller. MOTR® classes deliver Cardio, Balance, Core and much more! Combine Pilates Principles, the power of strength, core and aerobic conditioning and the balance and release exercises of a foam roller in one class. Exercises vary easily to provide appropriate fitness challenges for clients at any level. The MOTR® combines the comfort of a foam roller with the challenge of three weight level resistances, giving you a challenging and incredibly diverse workout.
