Our Classes

We offer a wide variety of classes for all levels featuring the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, CoreAlign, CardioTramp,  MELT Method, Smart Spine™, Buff Bones, TRX and more!  We also offer several Live Stream Classes and our OnDemand option as well for those who prefer the convenience of working out from home.  

  • Essential Reformer is a beginner level class that will strengthen and tone your body with a focus on lengthening the muscles and building core strength.

  • Essential Reformer Plus is a Strong Beginner level class designed to further strengthen the core and build overall strength and flexibility while improving posture and joint stability.

  • The Pilates Cadillac/Tower utilizes spring based resistance with the push through bar, roll down bar, leg springs and arm springs to strengthen the arms, the legs and everything in between. Combined with the Pilates Reformer you'll get maximum variety and maximum results!!

 

  • The CoreAlign® developed by Physical Therapist Jonathan Hoffman combines movement and whole body stability training that improves alignment, core stability, strength and mobility in a functional way that prepares the body for real life demands.

    Regular practice on the CoreAlign can bring about profound changes in posture, balance, core strength, muscle balance, flexibility and overall better function.

    CoreAlign exercises facilitate musculoskeletal rehabilitation and therefore can reduce pain and improve movement efficiency.

    You'll be amazed at how quickly your body begins to transform with the CoreAlign exercises. The CoreAlign is a great compliment to your current Pilates or Fitness program or can be a workout all on its own.

    Prerequisite: You must have completed a minimum of 1 Private or Semi-Private CoreAlign sessions prior to joining a CoreAlign class.

  • This intermediate level class builds on the foundational strength and stability clients have developed in Level 1 and further challenges core strength and stability, balance, control and alignment to take your fitness to the next level!

    Prerequisite: Must have experience and be proficient at CoreAlign 1

  • The perfect blend of CoreAlign® and Reformer work. Regular practice on the CoreAlign can bring about profound changes in posture, balance, core strength, muscle balance, flexibility and overall better function. CoreAlign exercises facilitate musculoskeletal rehabilitation and therefore can reduce pain and improve movement efficiency while the Pilates Reformer builds overall strength, flexibility and tones the body.

 

  • Address common muscular imbalances and strengthen muscles responsible for creating good stability at the hip, knee joints and throughout the entire body.

    As good core stability improves overall stability, this class will also include focused core work.

    Suitable for those with the following conditions: Hip and Knee Joint Replacements, Patella Femoral Syndrome, Hip Impingement, Meniscal Tears, ACL Rupture, MCL/LCL Sprain and Arthritis.

  • CardioTramp Fusion is the perfect blend of Pilates strength and cardio work. This fast paced, energetic class will burn calories and improve cardiovascular endurance using our fun and versatile Cardio-Tramp Rebounders along with the Pilates Reformer. Leave class feeling renewed, invigorated and ready to take on the day.

  • The ultimate Pilates & Fitness workout experience!! Combines a variety of different Pilates and Fitness exercises in a Circuit Style format that is bound to get your heart pumping and give you an amazing full body workout.

  • The MELT Method is a simple, self treatment technique designed to eliminate chronic pain and reverse the negative effects of aging by addressing the Nervous System and the Connective Tissue System. The MELT Method helps to reduce inflammation, enhance strength, balance and flexibility, reduce joint, neck and low back strain and discomfort, improve structural alignment and keep your whole body feeling free and moving with ease.

  • The Smart Spine Wellness system when used in conjunction with Pilates allows tense/sore superficial muscles to relax through the use of heat allowing for better recruitment of the deep core muscles.

    The SmartSpine™ wellness system will enhance your movement sessions and allow for better postural alignment & supportive breathing techniques, better core function and movement patterning allowing you to perform Pilates at a deeper stronger level.
