leave with a clear path forward that fits you and your lifestyle
Step 2: We help you decide what’s best for you
After your intro sessions, we’ll help you choose the option that best fits your body and your lifestyle — whether that’s small-group classes, ongoing private sessions, or a combination of both.

FAQs
-
The answer is no. Most of our new clients come to us with very little or no previous Pilates experience. Your first three Private sessions give us the opportunity to learn about you—your goals, your body, and how you move—while introducing you to Pilates in a way that meets you where you are. You’ll receive individual guidance and support so you can build a strong foundation and get the most from your Pilates experience.
-
No worries! You don’t need to be fit, strong, or flexible to get started.
We know it can feel intimidating, especially if you haven’t been active in awhile. Your sessions are tailored to your personal needs and goals. As you progress, we’ll help you build strength, stability, mobility, and confidence at a pace that’s right for you.
-
You’re in good hands with us. Our Studio specializes in Therapeutic Pilates and Corrective Exercise, and we have extensive experience working with a wide range of conditions, including back, hip, knee, and shoulder issues, arthritis, osteoporosis, joint replacements and Parkinson’s disease.
We take the time to listen, understand how your condition is affecting your quality of life, and discover what you’d love to get back to doing—whether that’s golfing, gardening, hiking, or playing with your kids or grandkids. From there, we develop an individualized plan of action to help you work towards what matters most to you.
We’re proud to say that many physiotherapists, doctors, chiropractors, osteopaths, and massage therapists regularly recommend us to their clients.

At the end of your Intro, we’ll talk with you about what makes the most sense for you — whether that’s continuing with private sessions, moving into small-group classes, or a combination of both.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. We’ll recommend the option that best supports your needs, goals, and lifestyle, so you can continue making progress with confidence.
